What is 4-H?
4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. As a program of the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Cooperative Extension System, 4-H is part of the nationwide Extension network. This mission is accomplished through "hands on" learning experiences which are focused on agricultural and environmental issues, agriculture awareness, leadership, communication skills, foods and nutrition, health, energy, conservation, and citizenship.
FYI: Students do not pay membership fees or club dues. Meetings are held once a month after school at the school. Other 4-H activities are available to all students off campus.
